As we continue to serve our customers across Africa, Turnkey Africa is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The events of the last couple of days in Africa, and more specifically Kenya has prompted us to activate our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and quickly enact a corporate pandemic response that can ensure we can continue serving you through this crisis.

As part of the pandemic plan, we have set up a dedicated internal team that will be responsible for regularly monitoring developments, responding to issues and preparing to make any necessary changes in a responsible manner.

The safety of our employees remains our top priority, as such we have put in places several prevention and mitigation measures as recommended by the ministry of health to ensure a healthy work environment and continued delivery of services to you, our customer.

Some of this measures include prioritizing hand sanitization, encouraging proper and regular hand washing, enacting virtual meetings, limiting number of participants in physical meetings, frequent sanitation and disinfection of work spaces, and of course social isolation except when absolutely necessary.

We realize that in this time of crisis, it is critical that we make it possible for you to continue your operations and help you respond to the unique demands that you may be facing. Therefore we have put in place various online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other and with you.  Our leadership team also meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to support the safety and health of those impacted.
