To support TurnQuest Insurance Suite, Turnkey has created a TurnQuest training program to enable our clients to realize the full potential of the software and adopt the new functionalities quickly and easily.

Our training strategy is geared towards ensuring the provision of a consistent mode of delivering the knowledge for the TurnQuest Software usage and maintenance as well as to ensure effective knowledge transfer and efficient usage.  The ultimate goal is to have all business users be proficient in using the new applications in order to realize business targets.

TurnQuest training is tailored to the different user levels within the client organization including; System administrators, Data input staff, Data edit and maintenance staff, Management and other Users interested in viewing reports.

2-phased Training Delivery Approach

We offer a two-phased TurnQuest training program that can be conducted both on-site and off-site, in a classroom style setting or online presentations.

Phase 1

Phase One involves Training The Trainers (TTT) where designated ‘Super Users’ nominated from   each business division are trained. These ‘Super Users’ then become key actors during the parallel run ensuring the other users are able to use the applications effectively.

Phase 2

Phase Two involves the ‘Super Users’ training the various end users including users from specific business teams, departmental managers, executive managers and IT users. For example, underwriters will be trained in the underwriting module, departmental managers involved in administration, reviewing, authorizing of transactions and reports will be given guided practice of doing this in the system.

The end users from specific business teams are trained on the various modules in the application. For example, the underwriters will be trained in the underwriting module. The claims processors in the claims processes and the accounts team in the accounts processes.

Departmental and executive managers involved in administration, reviewing, authorizing of transactions and consuming reports are given guided practice of doing this in the system. TurnQuest training for the executive managers has the added effect of helping them understand and appreciate the capability of the system.

And finally the IT Users who are responsible for updating and administering of the TurnQuest application are trained in order to appreciate the technology behind the TurnQuest system and acquire skills on how to manage the application.

Training is delivered by our team of professionals with years of experience working with TurnQuest as implementations specialists, business analysts and project managers.
